Maison de Darius LLC, will assume no liability whatsoever for any potential allergic reactions, or harm caused by not following safety guidelines.

Shipping options listed are an approximation of how long items will take to be delivered. These approximations are not guaranteed and refunds will not occur because shipping is longer than anticipated. I ask that you be considerate of the fact that once your order in the hands of the shipping service, it is out of my control. You will be provided the tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Maison de Darius LLC, is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

Maison de Darius LLC, is not responsible for following up with the shipping service or customs if an item/items is lost or taking longer than initially anticipated in transit.

Maison de Darius LLC, is a single- individual operation. I am responsible for every single aspect of the brands functionality up until the point of shipment. Please respect the constraints I have expressed. I thank you for your understanding and support of the brand.

Maison de Darius LLC, does not currently adhere to IFRA regulations; but has plans of doing so in the near future as the brand expands. I strongly request that you use Maison de Darius LLC, fragrances AT YOUR OWN RISK. All fragrance materials used are cruelty free and have been tested on my own skin; resulting in no issues. Everyone has different skin sensitivities, if your are an individual who has sensitive skin; I sincerely advise you to first test the fragrance on a small patch of skin.

Maison de Darius LLC, makes every effort to ship fragrances internationally, in the event you are in a region that is not accessible; your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Maison de Darius LLC's, days and hours of operation are strictly: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard time.

Please allow a minimum of 24 to 72 hours during normal business hours for an appropriate and thoughtful email response. Any emails that are sent after business hours or on weekends will be responded to the following business day or week. For example, if an email is sent at 6pm EST on a Monday, the response window is from Wednesday to Friday.

I humbly ask that you are polite and respectful within the parameters of our email correspondence.

Maison de Darius LLC, wishes to provide you with the best delivery options. All orders will be processed, Monday through Friday from the hours of 9 to 5, eastern standard time. All orders will be shipped on Sunday's only, unless otherwise specified. Any purchases made over the weekend will be carried over to the next order window and shipped the following Sunday accordingly.

Maison de Darius LLC, wants you fragrance journey to be one of pleasure. Please take necessary pre-caution when dealing with any fragrance. Never test fragrances on open wounds, abrasions, rashes or pre-existing injuries. Spray on a test strip and apply a very small amount to a desired location on your arm. Observe any instances of redness. If any reaction occurs, rinse off that patch of skin immediately with soap and water. Seek immediate medical attention if any other unforeseen issues arise.

Maison de Darius LLC, advises you to keep fragrance all fragrances away from an open flame and to properly store your fragrances in a cool, dry location. Do not spray into eyes, on open wounds, or rashy areas etc. Fragrances should not be sprayed directly on clothing; in order to prevent clothing from being stained or otherwise negatively impacted. Fragrance should be applied to clothing from a distance.

Once an order has been shipped. There will not be an option for cancelation.

Prior to an order being shipped Maisondedarius L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel ANY order; at the sole discretion of the brand.
