Guided Custom Fragrance (Option 2)

Maison de Darius has decided to create an extremely affordable custom option. For a retainer of $185, we create three unique fragrances for you. Once you have selected your custom fragrance from these three, we then create a Parfum formulation of your unique scent for a fee of $500. 

This is a unique opportunity to have a guided custom fragrance. I have selected 7 popular: Top, Heart, and Base notes to narrow down the daunting task of fragrance formulation. I decided to strike a balance between having a fragrance created for a new client and simplifying the overwhelming process while providing an affordable alternative to the often expensive fragrance formulation process. 


PROCESS DETAILS
Creating a custom, personalized fragrance starts with a consultation to understand the client’s desires and expectations. This time is also used to explore what scents the client likes, doesn’t like, and identify fragrance preferences. 

Based on client’s feedback and preferences, four custom fragrances are created. These bespoke fragrances are then shared with the client for final selection. This process may take a few weeks.   

Once the custom fragrance is selected, a 30 ml bottle of Parfum is produced and delivered. The final formula is retained permanently and used only for future refills, never for other clients. The refill price is $125
CUSTOM FRAGRANCE CREATION
Maison de Darius creates one-of-a-kind, handcrafted fragrances for clients who want to own and wear a bespoke, unique scent - a scent that no one else possesses.

We use quality oils and materials to provide a custom fragrance that personifies its owner. This process strikes a healthy balance between mass-customization and  where a few select oils are simply added to base fragrances. Instead, our perfumer works with hundreds of raw materials, slowly handcrafting and creating each layer of fragrance to ensure the desired outcome. 

Due to the intense nature of this work, our perfumer works with no more than a few clients at a time to ensure appropriate attention is given to the creative process. 

Top Notes:

Bergamot, Cassis, Lemon Verbena, Bay Rum, Green Tea, Mandarin, Melon, Tangerine, and Blueberry.

Heart Notes:

Lavender, Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Neroli, Rose, Orange Blossom, Tuberose, Clove, and Anise.

Base Notes:

Amber, Cedar, Leather, Musk, Oakmoss, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Vanilla.
